Join us as an application specialist

Do you have knowledge of HTML and XML and would you like to use your knowledge to help organisations with their (digital) communication towards clients? Then we have a great challenge for you! We are looking for an application specialist for our new team in Czech Republic (40 hours per week, 32-36 is negotiable).

What will you be doing?

It is important for our customers that they communicate with their own customers in a timely and relevant manner. Customer interaction solutions ensure that customer communication across all channels guarantees a consistent, personalised customer experience. Banks, insurance companies, energy companies, print service providers and many other organisations often have to process all these critical business communications in high volumes within a tight time-to-market.

We train you to be an expert in the field of customer interaction and communication solutions. You use your expertise in projects at our customers. You maintain and develop templates for customer interaction, such as digital letters, e-mails and other interactive documents.
You advise and work together with your (external) colleagues to solve defects and/or incidents. You implement new functionalities and are able to change existing functionalities. You document the applications and keep them up-to-date.

This is what we can offer you:

It is a full-time position for 40 hours a week. If you want to work 32 or 36 hours, that is certainly negotiable. Your salary will be between 30.000 – 60.000 CZK a month (depending on e.g. education, experience and age). 

We work hybrid, which means that you spend part of your working week working at the client’s premises and part at a different workplace. You can do that from home, but we prefer to see you at our office where you will also meet other colleagues. We are currently working on a new Performance Management System in which there is plenty of room for personal development.

Who we are looking for:

  • NYou have a bachelor or master degree in computer science.
  • NYou have knowledge of HTML/XML.
  • NKnowledge of JavaScript or CSS is an advantage.
  • NYou are Czech and have a good command of the English language, knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • NYou are a good listener and are not too modest.
  • NYou dare to take initiative and have the ambition to grow into the position of solution specialist or consultant.
  • NWork experience in a business environment is an advantage.
