We work a lot for and on the premises of customers. In order to limit the number of kilometers travelled and the impact this has on the environment, we work partly from home. The kilometers we do travel, we do in the most sustainable way possible. We encourage employees to drive electric or use public transport. Our offices function as a central meeting place and our entire team has access to a digital working environment and modern cloud solutions.
ETHICAL COLLABORATION
We work with and for each other. We attach great importance to an environment in which diversity and inclusiveness make us stronger and are appreciated. Everyone should have a sense of belonging and be able to work together safely. We also consider this important with our partners. We do not cooperate with parties who are guilty of such things as forced or child labor, environmental violations, crime in general.

As an entrepreneurial solutions integrator, we want to contribute to entrepreneurs around the world. Therefore, we are proud partners of Wakibi, a non-profit organization that provides small loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries through its platform. The Dialog Group team has now supported 155+ projects of small-scale entrepreneurs, enabling them to build a better and sustainable future on their own.

This is not just about electric cars and LED lighting, but also about norms and values, well-documented anti-discrimination policies, persons of trust, good labor contracts, requirements for suppliers etc.
