We handle personal data with care. This statement describes what data we process via this website, why we do so, and what rights you have.

2. What data do we process?
The contact form asks for your contact preference, your email address, an optional phone number, and an optional explanation. If you submit the form, this data goes to HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) system we use. HubSpot processes the data on behalf of Dialog Group on servers in the European Union.
The customer interaction check calculates the score locally. Answers are not stored.
The search function works locally in the browser. A search term on the search page may appear in the URL and browser history.
The language choice is stored in localStorage under the key dialoggroup-language.
3. What do we use data for?
To respond to contact requests and provide the requested support.
To remember preferences and ensure the website functions securely and properly.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
We have a data processing agreement with HubSpot that sets out arrangements regarding security and confidentiality.
4. What legal bases do we have for processing data?
Depending on the action, we rely on consent, performance of a contract or preparatory steps, a legitimate interest, or a legal obligation. For responding to a contact request via the form, we rely on a legitimate interest: you yourself ask us to contact you.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam) to see which companies visit our website. Leadinfo links your company network's IP address to public company data and places cookies (_li_id, _li_ses) to recognize visits. This only happens after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can always change it via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you have previously received a HubSpot cookie (hubspotutk), it will be sent along with the form submission to link your query to your previous contact.
The language preference is stored in local browser storage and can be removed via browser settings.
If we later use analytics, video embeds, or other non-essential services, we will amend this statement beforehand and first request your consent.
6. External services and links
Google Fonts are loaded externally. This may cause the browser to send a technical request to Google. In doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps, and the Support portal open an external website. These parties process data according to their own terms as soon as you use the link.
There are no embedded YouTube videos or social media pixels on this website.
7. Security and retention periods
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Dialog Group is certified for ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000 Type 2. Access to personal data remains limited to employees and suppliers who need it.
We do not store data from the contact form longer than necessary to process your query and maintain the customer relationship. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your privacy rights
Under certain conditions, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Please send a request to info@dialoggroup.eu. We will respond within one month at the latest and will only ask for additional information if necessary to verify your identity.
9. Questions and complaints
For questions, please contact us first. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the competent supervisory authority in your country.
10. Amendments and date
This statement was updated on September 29, 2026. If we start using new services or integrations, we will amend this statement.
11. Transparency and use of AI
At Dialog Group we use technology to make communication clearer, including our own.
Texts: some web copy, articles and translations are created partly with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Every text is reviewed, edited and approved by our own specialists. Dialog Group remains responsible for the accuracy of all information.
Images: for illustration we sometimes use images created or edited with AI. Photos of colleagues and customer stories always show real people and situations.
Privacy and security: we never enter personal data of website visitors or confidential customer data into public AI systems.
