Digital Accessibility
Accessibility Statement
Dialog Group wants everyone to be able to use this website independently. This website is designed with WCAG 2.2 level AA as its goal.
To which website does this statement apply?
This statement applies to all pages of the Dialog Group website. This includes the seven language versions, solutions, sectors, inspiration, contact, careers, search functions, and legal pages.
Design and Technology
We use semantic HTML, a logical heading structure, clear labels, and textual names in addition to flags, maps, and other visual support.
Navigation, menus, FAQs, forms, the office selector, and other interactive components work with a keyboard and display a visible focus state.
Text and functional icons have been checked for color contrast. The pages reflow up to 320 pixels wide and support reduced motion and Windows High Contrast Mode.
Office locations can be selected both via the map and via actual buttons. The company timeline remains an ordered list and is displayed vertically on small screens.
Images have appropriate text alternatives. For colleague photos, name, function, and initials remain available if a photo does not load.
Management and Editorial
New content must follow the same accessibility rules. Editors use clear link texts, a logical heading order, understandable language, and appropriate alternative texts.
Documents, videos, forms, and new interactive components are tested individually before publication.
Testing
The website has been automatically checked for contrast, headings, labels, local links, form associations, reflow, horizontal overflow, and missing files.
The menus, language menu, FAQs, office selector, and horizontal timeline have also been checked for keyboard operation, visible focus, and a logical reading order. The language menu works with Enter, space, arrow keys, and Escape, and reports the current language and whether the menu is open or closed.
An independent WCAG audit with screen readers and user tests has not yet been performed. This step is part of the final launch.
Known Issues
External websites, the Support Portal, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Maps route pages are outside the scope of this concept.
The portrait photos of colleagues in this prototype are loaded from dialoggroup.eu. If a photo is not available, the name, function, and initials remain visible.
Future PDF files, videos, and content from a CMS must be individually checked for accessibility.
The Dutch contact form submits data via HubSpot and displays a confirmation or error message. The forms in the other languages will be linked and then tested on the same points.
The translated pages require an editorial review by native speakers before going live.
Feedback and Contact

Date of the Statement
