I immediately had a good feeling about Dialog Group and quickly felt at home. Transferring to the Dialog Group as my employer two years ago was therefore a logical next step for me. I was engaged in optimizing the document process. So drafting, printing, archiving and sending letters to customers. De Friesland always did everything in-house. Until De Friesland merged with Achmea in 2019, we did that seven days a week.\u00a0<\/p>\n I find it interesting to be involved in a project from the beginning. I want to be able to think along with the client. Having been on the customer side myself, I know what organizations face both internally and externally and why certain choices are sometimes made. That’s why I enjoy my role as a consultant so much. Why does the client want something, what kind of need is hidden behind it and how are we going to tackle it in order to reach that final goal together?
