What exactly does the innovation challenge entail?
Each month, we evaluate the entries and choose a challenge from the submissions, which we develop as a prototype free of charge. Together with the client, a use case is mapped out, including a Solution Design. This will subsequently be developed by Dialog Group and presented as a prototype. Free of charge. We also make these known. For the other cases, we make an offer at cost price without obligation, in order to be able to prove to you that rapid innovation is possible.
What do we expect from your entry?
A high-level description of the use case with:
- Process description current and (global) desired situation
- Which objectives are pursued
- How this contributes to ‘digital interaction made easy’ for the client, its employees and/or clients
- Current costs and desired revenue/KPIs (Start Business Case)
- Direction of solution which may already be envisaged
- Existing systems/processes to be integrated with, and with which technology
