Bunnik/Heverlee, June 27, 2019 – The management of Dialog Group and current shareholders have reached agreement on the purchase and sale of 100% of the shares in Dialog Group to part of the existing management. This means that all shares in Dialog Group and underlying companies Document Dialog, CCM Masters and Engage Dialog have been transferred by former owners and founders Dick Kakebeeke and Jaap Nieboer to Patrick Roelandt (50%), Rob van Barlingen (25%) and Philippe Van Nieuwenborgh (25%). The transaction applies to all companies in the Netherlands and Belgium and retroactively to January 1, 2019.
