ISO / IEC 27001
This globally recognized standard for information security outlines the necessary processes to manage information security in a systematic manner. The main purpose of ISO 27001 is to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information within organizations.
We prioritize the security of our customers' information and ISO 27001 certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining the highest level of information security standards.
ISAE3000
Dialog Group is ISAE 3000 type 2 certified. ISAE stands for International Standard on Assurance Engagements and is an audit standard for reporting on the control of processes that have been outsourced. The certificate is seen as the international successor to the American SOC 2 certification.
ISEA 3000 pays attention to the web trust principles, or the organization in the areas of availability, confidentiality, security, integrity and/or privacy sensitivity of data and information. This certificate is very important to us because it demonstrates and guarantees the quality of our outsourced processes and therefore the quality of our services. FSQS-NL
FSQS-NL stands for Financial Services Qualification System – Netherlands and is an assurance process managed by a community of Dutch financial institutions, including banks and insurers. Together they use a single standard to manage the increasing complexity of third-party information required for regulatory compliance, policy and governance controls.
FSQS-NL guarantees the quality of intended suppliers such as Dialog Group. This is done by means of an extensive questionnaire, in which all our business processes are discussed in detail. The FSQS certification shows that we are 'fit for business'.
Wakibi
Wakibi is a non-profit organization that provides small loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries through its platform. Wakibi responds to the wishes of socially involved Dutch people. This is increasingly focused on transparency and effectiveness for charities and is therefore open to personal support that contributes 100% to the goal. Participants can decide for themselves which project/entrepreneur they want to lend money to and see how the project is progressing. When the loan is repaid, the money can be provided to another project. The co-workers of Dialog Group fully support this initiative.
Self-reliance is central to Wakibi in the fight against poverty. Wakibi is committed to giving entrepreneurs in developing countries the opportunity to build an independent life.
EcoVadis
We believe that sustainable entrepreneurship is important and that is why we have our CSR plans assessed by EcoVadis. Ecovadis certificate, we are ranked in four areas of sustainable entrepreneurship: the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable purchasing. So we look beyond driving electric cars or LED lighting in the office.
We consider norms and values, an anti-discrimination policy, the presence of confidential counselors, good employment contracts and requirements for suppliers to be important. And this is reflected in our people and the way we work.
ALS Netherlands Foundation
The ALS Netherlands Foundation brings people and parties together to raise as much money as possible for scientific research into the cause and treatment of ALS and the related diseases PSMA and PLS. The foundation also finances (research) projects for a better quality of care and life for patients and their loved ones.
Our employees actively participate in various activities to raise money for the foundation. For example, some employees have climbed Mont Ventoux several times and we regularly participate in the ALS Financial Dinner. Keep an eye on our LinkedIn page for more updates on this.
